Potato Pancakes (Polish-style) Ingredients: • 1

Potato Pancakes (Polish-style)

Ingredients:
• 1 kg potatoes
• 1 small onion
• 1 egg
• 2–3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
• salt and pepper to taste
• oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and onion.
2. Grate them finely (or use a food processor).
3. Drain excess liquid (lightly squeeze if needed).
4. Add the egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix well until combined.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan.
7. Spoon portions of the mixture and flatten into thin pancakes.
8. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
9. Serve hot – with sour cream, sugar, or sauce.
